The question should be: WERE YOU, BEING A NON-JEW (OR GENTILE) OFFENDED BY ROTLA?? Raiders is based on the Ark of the Covenant, which is a Jewish religious symbol. The Jewish people held the Ark in their Temple for one thousand years, until the Romans destroyed the Temple in 70AD.

Your answer should be, of course not. It shouldn't make a difference what your religious beliefs are --- a good movie is a good movie.
