Anyone ever had to return a WESTED?

Just got my Wested today and @#$&* it's a little to small. Tight in the armpits and the sleeves are a little short. Does anyone know if they we'll give me a size bigger than the one I have and also is the delivery time the same?
My fault for not measuring properly, I guess but even though I'm too stupid to send the right measurements I would appreciate the input. (On exchanging the jacket, not on my stupidity)
