As you are, I am also 69" tall 160 lbs with a head shaped like Charlie Sheen.
For what it's worth these are the specs I've found ( and I've discussed
with Joe Jr. about them as well...he gave me a hat 101 class which
was very informative for I was a fedora V prior to this)

Head Size 7 1/8
Crown Height before shaping: 5 7/8
4 3/4 Tight indy pinch -which I believe to be height after bash
which if that's the case, then Your about half an inch higher than mine will be. If that's wrong..somebody please correct me!
2 3/4 x 2 5/8 Dimensional Brim
1 1/2 Char. Brown Box Bow
