You can actually get Luke to meet Indiana Jones in Yoda Stories. At the end of the mission with the clone machine, when you have a clone standing on the switch to the power room. DON'T blow up the machine, go through the door in this room to reacha spaceship where you're zoomed off to meet Indy on the planet Xantar (he was taken there at the end of 'Desktop Adventures')
