Well, I for one plan on seeing the D&D movie. Mostly because I am a big fan of D&D, the original RPG. The only real similarities I see id that D&D had spawned RPG's of Star Wars and of Indy....the movie looks kewl, but it doesn't remind me of Indy that much (but then I didn't think the Mummy was much like Indy either) and it certainly does NOT remind me of Star Wars.....it looks like it might be a very good film, but I don't like it when people try to compare their work to great works of art. Oasis may have been a good band, but when Liam said that Oasis was better than the Beatles I laughed my ass off. You don't get "better" than legends....you don't even contend with them...it is a whole different ballgame....
