That statement has nothing to do with the plans of Lucasfilm or the publisher, though. That was just McCoy stating that he was done. The book series is very dead at the moment. Of course it's possible that it coudl be revived in the future, but there's no way that's going to happen if there isn't a new movie or something to help relaunch interest in Indiana Jones. Things are so bad that they may not even release the remaining 10 Young Indy videos!
