Actually, it's very very close, I understand there were a few minor changes when Factor 5 adapted the game, but most of those are gameplay/interface related and not plot related.

I just keep wishing it was on PSX or PS2 so the movies would be better and the music would be the real deal. Otherwise I'm psyched about it.

When I first started playing and cracked the whip for the first time it sounded so good I just kept whipping everything.
