Death didn't seem to slow down L. Ron Hubbard any. When I worked at the bookstore about 12 years ago his death was announced, but the "Battlefield Earth" books kept coming for years. (Maybe they still are, I don't know.) We used to refer to him as "the science fiction author who didn't have the decency to die." Gee, I hope John Travolta and Tom Cruise don't see this post...
