N64 HELP

I just recieved Indy N64 this morning and am now on the monestary level.....I've gotten to the old lady wanting treasure and have run into a door that wants a key....not the key the old lady gave me but a dif one...where is it? I LOVE the game but there seems to be a few glitches occasionally but overall its great. I don't like how you can't change the controlls to your own specs but thats Lucas for you.
