Had problems with USWINGS...should i just order from mark allen direct?

first of all, thank you all for responding to my earlier question regarding USWINGS poor responses and poor business. What i was ordering was their bullwhip (i BELIEVE it's just a mark allen) because i figured that i could get the lee kepler holder at the same time. well, i'll figure out the holder later, but i was wondering if mark allen's customer service was ok. should i just order direct from them?
