The shape of Ford's head?

When I started work on my hats, I measured lots of peoples heads to find the average shape. There are huge differences in scull shape. Some heads are actualy wider than they are long- my head is long and weird like a Geiger alien. Different hats have different shaped openings. I found a cowboy hat maker that requests the shape of your head so your hat comes long or round to begin with.
