Actually the only hat stiffener that I have ever used comes from a local Western hatter who donates it to me when I need it. He gets it by the gallon, and is called Proberts Hat Stiffener, I think. It is made in England and works really well, as it is designed to be applied, and then shaped with steam. As far as where to buy this stuff, I haven't a clue. Regards, Fedora
