I found your info very interesting. I am having a little difficulty picturing what you are describing. Could you post or e-mail me some pics of your hats. I am sure I speak for all, when I say we would love to see them. If you are going to take some pics, it would help me if you had ruler in frame. Also I personally get a lot out of side-by-side comparison photos, like the pic of the Stetson Ark next to the Miller on IndyGear. When I get my PB I will take a pic of it next to my Miller. I wait in anticipation :-)
