Wested: Leather Facing on Collar

Folks I know this has been up for discussion before but could I find the previous posts...!

Can anyone comment as to why Wested produced/still produces(?) the Raiders jacket with no leather on the inside of the collar? I mean, is this in any way authentic -- I can't see it in the movie. Is it merely a cost-cutting exercise? Has anyone asked Peter?

I presume Wested will happily rectify this (for a small fee)? Can anyone who's had this done comment, thanks.

Oh, and -- a little off the Indy beaten track -- but does anyone have the MI2 jacket from Wested? Any comments on it?
