I bought the same whip about 5 years ago.. It was also $60. We never sold it in California, because we were afraid it would cause too many problems... I guess they figured the mostly-geriatric populace of Florida could handle it better... If you're curious about whether or not they still carry it, you can call the Florida Mail order # posted on this site!
