i think my jacket is a lemon too. it isn't distressed... it's new, by the way. i will call today i suppose, but i hate to because i don't pay the phone bill, and i hate to lose more money on this whole deal. i wish i could post pictures of the wear and tears on my jacket. they're really there and really depressing. ok, i'll call and report back. thanks for the responses, bye the way.
