Here's a genuine complaint:

Ordered: Oct 29, 2000
Phoned: Dec. 28, 2000 - told about delay, switched order
Jan 17, 2001 - Jacket not arrived, at least 6 e-mails sent to different wested e-mails not returned
although others sending e-mails to same address are receiving replies.
