First off, quit making the presumption that I have never been nice to Peter. Even after the lies I was as friendly as a politician on voting day. Secondly, I did say that this was MY experiance and that is all I was claiming. I know there are people out there who have had fantastic dealings with Wested and I continue to say GRRRREAT for them. I also have FINALLY gotten a response from Peter since the postings. Dare I say it, I think the attention brought to the crappy customer service has helped in some finally getting what they have been asking for and because of that . . .you are welcome!
