They shipped mine via Priority Mail both times.

Specs: Size 7 1/4
Brim: Dimensional 2 3/4" by 2 5/8"
Crown: 4 5/8" front and 5 3/8" sides

The only problem is I can't figure out how to wear it to bed with my Wested pajamas.
