The two most important measurements really are sleeve length and shoulder to shoulder. I believe these are really the only two that Wested alters, from what I've read on the various fits of their jackets. Check out the jacket page at Indy's Diggs.com. They have the most comprehensive sizing chart. Their link is on Indy Gear.com under 'links'. If you're going with Wested the jackets really are a tailored fit. Unfortunately they're patterned on the assumption that everyone is athletically built, as Harrison Ford is. Depending on your waistline (nothing implied, just standard advice) you maywant to include your waist measurement. Hope this helps.
