The only time I ever saw these outside of eBay sales was at the Last Crusade premier in Tallahassee, Florida in 1989. They were door prizes, and very few folks got them. When Coke out bid Pepsi for the release rights, Pepsi withdrew all these items, and they were scattered throughout all areas of the country. Just the fact that they're slowly disappearing from eBay tells you that the old adage of supply and demand are reaching the point that this should do nothing but increase in value over time.
