10 in Indy Figure arrived

I got the 10 inch Indy Figure today by UPS. The likeness could have been better. It took a little over a week to get it(I ordered it Tuesday Jan. 16th). My question is it was packaged VERY well and cost only $5.06 to ship it. Why does Flordia take longer and cost more? Anyone who knows anything please post. Thank you.
