I have an Infernal Machine calendar(look at my post way down below called "Would you consider these items common?") I have a picture of it in there.

I got it at Software, Etc.(aka Babbages), it was a promotional item for the game. You might check at your local one or call their main office to see if they have any leftover. It has a bunch of really great screenshots and artwork for the game on the calendar pages.
