Some of the figures have possible limbs. Admitted, not as much flexibility as a 12" GI JOE, but still some variation is possible. My girlfriend has the Ichobod Crane and the Headless Horseman figures. I know fora fact the Ichobod's waist can be slightly twisted and his arms posed to a degree. I'm not sure, but I think there is also some leg movement to change the stance too. Either way, I think aMcFarlane "Indy" would be impressive.
