McFarlane never said he wasn't doing an Indy figure. He hasn't grabbed the license for Indy yet, but he's still trying. He's a persistant person.

BTW- He's not doing Eddie from Iron Maiden next, the pictures of the Eddie figure is a fan made sculpt, not by McFarlane. McToys is putting out Jim Morrison and Jerry Garcia next, as well as a new Movie Maniacs line.
