I think your intentions are good, but heed what Michaelson stated above. These are not kids trying to make some extra video game money, these are legitimate businesses trying to make a living. Have you ever experienced a lawsuit? Well, lets just say that you probably wouldn't be able to afford a little Disney figure for about 10 years or so. Considering that you want to make your presence known to big corporate Ebay- who gets their paycheck from Mr. Seller, I would rethink my strategy before it becomes your Last Crusade(if you know what I mean).
