Missing Hat!

I sent my Hat back to HJ and they never received it.I was sending it back so they could replace the ribbon with a Petersham Now I don't know what to do any Ideas? It would be greatly appreciated! This the first oversees order I have done. What I can't figure out is that they could send it to be no problem I got it, but when I sent it to them they never recieved it. I wonder if this has anything to do with the North West Airline strike which is now over? That strike would certainly delay it. Just a thought.
