Hi John, you’re best bet for information and photos of Indy’s gear is Indy’s Diggs.

As far as I know, David Morgan does not use glue. Normally waxed cord and sometimes Tacks are used to tightly bind the leather strips for braiding. Then over that they use various complex knot works to finish it off to secure the hold. If you’re interested In whip making, check out David Morgan’s book, its full of great information. Hope this helps.

As for Indy Mania I think we are all just very dedicated fans and collectors.
