Last Crusade NES game request

Calling on all you hard core Indy gamesters, I need some help on something. I have a line on a Last Crusade NES game, but the game itself does not come with a box, or more importantly, the book. Where does one find copies or replacementsof items for these old NES games? I really don't intend to play the thing, but I have one of the old Temple of Doom games, and thought having a Last Crusade game for the collection would be interesting.
