Why is Indy in Disneyland when it should be in Kings Dominion??????

Hey Why in the world is the INDIANA JONES THEME in Disney while it was made by Paramount studios.? Shouldn't the Indiana Jones ride be in Kings Dominion or any other Paramount park????????
