I grabbed my model kit off of eBay for $50.00
Its in the original plastic, but has a small rip in the back.

I have 7 or 8 of those Pepsi kits. From what I remember, they were only given away in sweepstakes. However, I do remember Lucasfilm Fan Club selling them. If you look in some OLD issues, back when it was called "The Lucasfilm Fan Club," you should see it in there.
