Lost diaries of Young Indy?

Does anyone know if this book was ever released; "The Lost Diaries of Young Indiana Jones"? I was looking in my old issues of Lucasfilm Fan Club and there is a half page ad of this book in issue #19. It says it's a hardcover, 80 pages, fully illustrated. Donovan Publishing. It looked kind of cool, but I've never seen it, has anyone here?
