Their sizing philosophy as I had understood it last summer differs greatly today. That said, I have a 48 inch chest and my shoulder to shoulder is 20. You have REALLY broad shoulders, man! Just for kicks, email me your measurements, and let me see if I can come up with something from the chart that might fly. Regardless, Wested will always be the best bargain on a custom made jacket.
