The police told me THIS morning that if I could get him on video, or a photo with the jacket, then maybe they could move against him.

: Well that sucks, I know the feeling all to well. Had my garage broken into awhile ago, caught some punk riding my kids bike about a month later. We had a little altercation shall we say. Police came, told me yeah we knew all along he did it. He and his father have hit a bunch of houses and garages in the area. When it was all said and done, they would do absolutly nothing about it, other than question me about how the poor kid fell down and seemed to have been hit in the face by someone, which of course I knew nothing about at all.
