I probably would have taken measurements wearing what I would be wearing MOST of the time with the jacket....

If you are going to a nudist colony, like another fellow a few days ago, then by all means...measure in the buff! But, if not, your jacket MIGHT be a little snug! Unless all you wear are leotards.....;-)
