Wested again. Got an e-mail but...

I received an answer from Wested only 3 days after I sent them an e-mail and 5 days after ordering a jacket. This is quite fast considering what most of the people here are saying. Anyway, Peter says that my order is accepted, that the jacket is currently in production (?!) and is on 1327. What does that mean? Is that an order number? And why "ON" 1327?
And when was the last time someone received a Wested jacket and how long it took? I'm looking for recent orders so that I will have an idea how many month I'll have to wait to get mine.
Funny thing is, the letter ends with "Have faith". I wonder whether getting a jacket is something like believing in God. Whatever that might mean...
Oh, and excuse my English, may be it's full of bugs but it's a foreign language for me.
