Not quite. I normally wear a 46 in a dinner jacket. I tried on a couple of jackets at FS. The 42 was great except the chest was a little snug. The 44 was good, but the waist was too big. Now, keep in mind this is before the latest changes to the pattern. I have two labels in mine. One reads 42. The other says made to measure. Jones jackets are tough to fit. Mine fits great :-)
