US Wings makes an excellent product. While the goat is less, and a great jacket to cut your teeth on, I would agree with Michelson on the Old Cowhide, at least. I cannot speak to the VIP, as I've never seen one in the flesh. I also really like the kangaroo, but if you jump to that price bracket, I'd have to give my nod to the FS veg goatskin. A lot more choices these days.
