Indy Movie Storybooks

In trying to collect all three movie hardcover storybooks, I have not located a hardcover version of the Last Crusade storybook. I have the small paperback version with B+W photos. Do any other large hardcover Last Crusade storybook versions with color pictures exist? If so, any suggestions on obtaining it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
