CHanging Fedora Specs for Fedora experts

I recently talke dto Indydawg about his new hat and changing the specs.....he is close to a 6/78 whereas I am closer to a 7 would his specs work for me since bodily we are about the same.....I'm 5'9, hat size 7 only thing different is my head is a more squarish shape....and would the shortening the front and lengthing the sides for the Cairo look work for a square head.....or actually work at all....

.Crown-4 1/2" at pinch and back, 4 3/4"-4 5/8" at the sides
Brim-2 3/4" at front and back 2 1/2" at the sides...
