Petroleum jelly is a mineral oil. It'll give me a bad rash! I know it. I'll have to look for something that uses a less toxic solvent. Some foam stuff, you know...

: I doubt you will ever find out the secret recipe for Pecards but it smells like it is simply a combination of Bees Wax and Petroleum Jelly. You would need enough petroleum jelly to keep the wax in suspension and act as a carrier.
