I don't think that Indy ever took drugs. He had to be constantly on
his toes; he'd need sharp reflexes in his line of work. In the Rob
MacGregor novel, Genesis Deluge (my favorite, by the way),
Indy was drugged by the bad guys (for want of a better term) with
morphine, and it was a pretty bad experience. I doubt he'd ever
want anything to do with drugs again. Just my two cents.
