OUCH! That is bad. I have a Last Crusade, and the size of that collar is too big. I hope things work out, but remember to be very polite when you deal with Peter Botwright--and call him on the phone. Both of these will go a long way in motivating him to fix you up right. Good luck.

: I ordered a 2.5"W back X 2.75"W front collar and got one with a 3 1/8"W X 4"W. My wife said "it's hideous", I fully agree with her.
