I called and spoke with Jerry who told me the USPS tracking number. I went the USPS website and there is was - my jacket had arrived in the US on April 6th and was going thru customs. Should be in my hands by Monday. I recommend calling there and speaking to someone in person.

Lets hope its the right jacket and its worth the wait...
