I tried Fedora's high tech Akubra Federation size reduction technique, and was able to get it to fit perfectly!

Fedora is the man! Thanks so much for this tip!

Just wish I had noticed the delivery box before I went to go see Last Crusade last night, so I would have appropriate headgear for the show.
