I honestly don't see the problem here. You're assuming that homosexuals MUST be trying to have sexual relations with every heterosexual they meet? That's ludicrous. If 2 guys go off into the woods either A) something sexual doesn't occur or B) something sexual does occur.

A) no problem

B) subcase 1 - the other person feels similarly - no problem (if they are both of legal age)
B) subcase 2 - the other person does not (or legal age hasn't been reached)....
and that is RAPE and that is a crime, and being homosexual is completely different from being a criminal. I'm sure there are homosexual rapists out there...and there are a lot more heterosexual ones. I have a hard time believing that proportionally speaking there are more homosexual preditors than heterosexual ones.

maybe I'm just nuts....and since I think a debate on the issue is OT for the forum, I've said my peace and I shall not speak of it again.
