Wested arrived today

I ordered a Wested new lambskin Raiders jacket almost exactly 8 weeks ago and it arrived today --

It fits perfectly, and I am sometimes hard to fit -- 42 too tight, 44 too big, Regular too short, Tall too long (although I'm 6'2") -- so I guess I'm a 43 almost-Tall--

Anyway, Peter got it right.

All of the new changes are there -- the higher straps, leather inside collar, straps sewn outside jacket rather than inside.

The leather looks great -- lambskin, but feels tough --

I am an archaeologist, and was heading out to the field this morning and stopped by the Post Office to pick up the package -- wore it all day, of course -- just a cow pasture and some woods in Kentucky, but it's a start --

Last week it was in the 80s here -- luckily, the temperature dropped to below freezing last night, it even snowed this morning, and was windy and cold all day. Perfect.
