MY, I repeat, MY Indy script project!! Indiana Jones and the Heart of Darkness

I am announcing my starting of an Indy script, Indy and the Heart of Darkness. Indy races against a rival archeologist, James Cameron, to get the Heart of Darkness, a giant uncut ruby. Here is where I need your ideas. Where should the thing be located? I want the jungles of Africa or someplace near the Amazon, cause I want lots of skulls on poles for one scene. If you could give me where it should be located, I can go from there. Thanks.
