In Crusade, when Indy falls off the tank, and is hanging onto the gun port, Vogel whacks Indy's hands with a shovel. Where does he get the shovel?

TRAP NITPICKING
*Why doesn't Donovan send his whole party in all at once? Surely a few would avoid the blade trap.

*The "God's Name" trap is pretty straightforward. Take a stick. Whack every letter until you get a path.

*The "Leap of Faith" is also easy. Take your foot. Move it around until you feel something.

I'm annoying, aren't I?
