Though excerpts of the various musical cues of the films were used throughout the series, I know of only one time that the famous RAIDERS MARCH was featured: the finale of MYSTERY OF THE BLUES, with Harrison Ford's cameo exit (trivia: It was the last time Ford ever played the character, and his first appearance on American TV series since the 1970's)...
